The discovery of our beautiful region in the heart of the Tarn and the Haut-Languedoc Regional Natural Park inevitably involves the discovery of its generous terroir and its beautiful products.
Drawing his inspiration from the seasons and the terroir, our chef, Julien Fanjaud, expresses with modernity his predilection for careful tradition. Local craftsmen and producers are in the spotlight: Lacaune charcuterie in the IGP Apalhat pork, Laiterie Fabre et Chevriers de la Tome Ronde, Tarn beer “Montéliote” and “Saint-Victor”, particularly in the sauce which accompanies the Châteaubriand!

For generations, people have come to spend Sundays with the family in this vast mansion in the heart of Lacaune. Here, installed in the choice of the pretty veranda, the pleasant terrace, in season or the elegant dining room with walls decorated with huge 18th century-style painted panels, you can enjoy traditional, tasty and gourmet cuisine that does not disappoint.
